RM3P Digest – Summer 2025
The Regional Multi-Modal Mobility Program’s (RM3P) commitment to more informed and sustainable travel in Northern Virginia (NoVA) has achieved several exciting milestones as the development advances on its four program elements: Data-Exchange Platform (DEP), Artificial Intelligence-Based Decision Support System (AI-DSS), Commuter Parking Information Services (CPIS), and Dynamic Incentivization (DI). Supported by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), in partnership with the Northen Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) and the Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT), RM3P is transforming mobility across NoVA.
This edition of the RM3P Digest highlights a series of transformative updates, including the Pioneer Phase rollout of the DI GoMyWayVATM app, validation of ParkZen’s parking occupancy technology at VDOT’s Northern Virginia District Office, and contributions from AI-DSS Early Adopters. The Digest also includes updates on RM3P’s sustainability planning, identifies upcoming conferences where RM3P will be featured, and highlights the independent evaluation assessing RM3P’s effectiveness and impact.
