Stakeholder involvement is vital to the development of RM3P. The management team has enjoyed the many forums through which we’ve been able to hear from you and communicate with you, including a virtual presentation in April 2020 and a pair of virtual summits in Fall 2020 and Spring 2021. In addition to these briefing sessions, many of you have been involved with RM3P in other ways and have provided invaluable feedback.
- Approximately 50 stakeholders have served on the RM3P Program Element Guidance Teams (PEGTs). Currently there are four active PEGTs, one for each RM3P program element. The PEGTs have provided guidance on scoping, research, and oversight of technology and solution development.
- A subset of the stakeholders from each PEGT are now part of the Procurement Evaluation Panels, which review and evaluate Offeror proposals. Panelists are also responsible for shortlisting vendors, providing feedback on vendor questions, crafting demo scripts, and facilitating negotiations.
- One PEGT, along with additional stakeholders, have migrated their role to serve as the oversight committee for the Data-Exchange Platform development.
- Several dozen stakeholders participated in workshops this spring to discuss cooperative agreements. (See the related article on cooperative agreements.)
These ongoing teams and meetings are in addition to the Program Management Support Group (PMSG), Technical Working Group, Communications Working Group, and others that meet and collaborate routinely. If you are interested in becoming more involved with RM3P, please contact us. We’d love to hear from you!
