It is with mixed emotions that we acknowledge Kamal Suliman’s recent decision to retire from VDOT.
Kamal has been an invaluable member of the RM3P family since the early days of the program. His contributions and expertise will be greatly missed! As Kamal moves to the next chapter in his career, we offer our deepest appreciation for his participation and support, and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. RM3P looks forward to engaging with Kamal’s successor as VDOT’s District Traffic Operations Director.
