RM3P has four active program elements: the Data-Exchange Platform (DEP), Artificial Intelligence-Based Decision Support System (AI-DSS), Dynamic Incentivization (DI), and Commuter Parking Information System (CPIS). Three out of these four elements are in various stages of procurement and one is under active development, as shown below.
Data-Exchange Platform

- This effort, being performed by the University of Maryland’s Center for Advanced Transportation Technology (CATT Lab), started in March 2021.
- Work to import data from multiple sources is underway and is in excess of 75% complete.
